New build 30-Bed specialist dementia care unit set within the wooded surrounding of an existing care facility.  The project was designed around a number of sensitive Planning constraints.

 

These challenges were carefully navigated during the deign process and always with the specialist requirements at the fore front.  The bedrooms and day spaces all benefit from tranquil woodland outlook and the building will integrate beautifully into it’s surroundings with a carefully development material palette.
