A two-storey side extension to create additional bedroom accommodation.  A Juliet balcony was included to provide elevated views to the north of the site.  A large single-storey rear extension formed a new sunroom and utility, with patio area positioned in front of bi-folding doors. 

 

All materials were carefully selected to ensure the new build elements were in keeping with this area of North Yorkshire.
