A challenging development on the periphery of an established village.  A host of constraints were factored into the design of 2no. executive family homes – including steep topography, protected trees, the presence of a major drainage run and flood risk.

A sensitive design approach was adopted with a modern aesthetic using a material palette to marry in with the traditional building stock in this sensitive Conservation Area.
