Nicholson Nairn Architects provide masterplanning services for a number of developers and landowners.  Our vast residential experience places us in an expert position to explore the possibilities of potential housing sites at the outset.  This could be to assist the owner in achieving maximum land value or similarly, to assist Local Authorities and Housing Associations in achieving their housing need objectives.
