New build 20-bed modern care home built in the extensive grounds of the principal care facility, Littleport Grange - a large Victorian period property.  The new facility has been carefully positioned and designed as to compliment the host building with a feature courtyard area playing a key role in this objective.

Traditional materials of brickwork and stone surround detailing are complimented by contemporary elements such as feature brise soleil and sedum roofing.  The rooms have been completed to an exceptionally high standard with a spacious and light filled central day room space as a central hub.

As well as the careful positioning of the new building in relation to the original care home, the building location takes into account the position of a number of mature trees, as well as the location of 3no. WWII air raid shelters which are retained within the grounds.
