A proposed development of 12no. ‘urban mews’ styled townhouses in the heart of Jesmond.  The modern terrace design, will replace a redundant Public House that has been on the site for decades.  The development will provide a truer reflection of the traditional terrace housing that once stood on the site.

 

The design have been sensitively developed to offer a contemporary and desirable urban living, whilst responding appropriately and contextually to its Conservation Area setting.
