Station House
Newton Kyme

NNA were appointed to significantly and sensitively alter a former Victorian Station House, located within the Greenbelt and adjacent to the Locally Important Landscape Area of Newton Kyme.

The proposals looked to add two feature gables to the existing southeast façade, with a single storey glazed sunroom extending further into the garden space.  Part of the design approach was to ensure that the proposed massing was no larger than the existing mass to be demolished, effectively utilising the existing volume to form a new two-storey contemporary design approach to suit the families needs.
