NNA have developed proposals to extensively remodel a large scale industrial estate block which has been derelict for decades. 

‘Block 1’ of Admiral Business Park is to be stripped back to its steel skeleton (including major asbestos removal) before being partially demolished to facilitate a internal courtyard. 

The courtyard is pivotal in the creation of multiple units of flexibility; totalling 380k ft2 of commercial space.  The development will greatly enhance the north east commercial offering in terms of the light industrial, storage and logistic sectors.
