A unique infill development of 9 large dwellings.  NNA’s brief was specific; we were engaged at RIBA Stage 4 and were tasked with both enhancing the design (full house type improvement exercise - requiring a Planning variation) and at the same time, rationalising the design from a technical standpoint to provide the developer with much required value engineering. This double stranded brief provided a clear challenge, but one that was overcome successfully. The design of the development was enhanced dramatically, whilst costs have reached a position of comfort for the developer in terms of their target build.

 

The client is delighted with the (contemporary, yet contextual within the village setting) revised design and equally so, the build-ability and value added by our team. The project is currently on site and will enhance this quaint Yorkshire village hugely, bringing a renewed sense of vitality to its’ station and village centre core.
