Dispute Resolution / Expert Witness

Our consultancy extends to provide expert advice in all matters of dispute. Our vast experience working in small and large scale construction projects in a variety of building sectors allows us to make expert judgments where required. Where disputes arise we provide consultancy in resolution methods including mediation, adjudication and litigation. In addition, we extend this service to all areas of construction industry conflict from advising on defective works through to planning policy. Our role can differ from appearing in court as expert witness through to preparing appraisals of causes of failure with recommendations of remedial work.

Over the years we have been engaged by private clients, solicitors, insurers, contractors and other building professionals to offer expert guidance where disputes have arisen.
